COST AND COMMITMENT
The semesters for the 2009 - 2010 year run from Sept 14 through Jan 28 and Feb 1 through June 17. Each semester costs $65, or $110 for the full year. These flat rates cover all members of your immediate family.
If you decide to join, please make checks payable to "CWIPP" and send your registration form and check to the Play Park Registrar as noted on the upper right corner of the Registration Form.
As a cooperative play park, members are required to perform open, close or toy cleaning duties twice a month. Families are required to sign up on the schedule for their open/close/cleaning duties for the entire semester, within the first two weeks of operation of a new semester. After you are accepted to our Meetup, please read and follow the instructions in our "Duty schedule sign-up instruction" file in our "Files" section. Please sign up early to obtain the most convenient times for you to fulfill your family's responsibilities. If you have not signed up two times a month for the entire semester by the two-week deadline, we will assign the remaining slots accordingly. Member lists will be placed in each person's mailbox shortly after Play Park starts. You are responsible for finding a replacement from the member list if you cannot fulfill your duties as scheduled. Members understand that unforeseen circumstances arise with families, and most will be willing to trade duty time slots with you if they are able to do so. Please call Nicole DuBois the Open/Close Chairperson, at (360) 210-5236, with any questions you may have regarding open/close/cleaning procedures.
